Babyped Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love your Babyped purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free.

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • With original tags

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@babyped.com within 30 days to request a return or exchange.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide:

    • A return shipping label

    • Instructions on where to send your package

3. Damages and Issues

4. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

5. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return your current item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off

  • If your order is delivered within the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
